Better Collective Enters Massachusetts Sports Betting Market

Better Collective declared its arrival in Massachusetts following the state’s regulatory body’s decision to lift a prohibition on affiliate marketing.

Online wagering on sporting events will become permissible in the state on March 10th. Ten sports betting firms have been granted licenses to operate online and mobile sports betting services.

The Danish-based affiliate will debut with its Action Network and Vegas Insider brands, which the company asserts already draw visitors from Massachusetts.

The legalization will enable Better Collective to furnish residents with betting data concerning providers on its websites.

At a public gathering on February 23rd, the Massachusetts Gaming Commission consented to alter existing wording in its regulations. This wording had effectively prohibited affiliate marketing by forbidding cost per acquisition (CPA) and revenue-sharing arrangements.

Mark Pedersen, the chief executive officer of Better Collective USA, is convinced that the regulator’s verdict will usher in a prosperous future for the company within the state.

“We are delighted to be informed of the MGC’s choice to temporarily permit CPA and revenue sharing in Massachusetts,” Pedersen stated.

Our crew is thrilled to be a part of guiding and teaching the vast sports-enthusiast population of Massachusetts as they embark on their inaugural journey into the world of online sports wagering.

We are confident that this state, with its deep-rooted sports heritage, will attain comparable success in the domain of sports betting.

**Regulatory Adjustments**

The Massachusetts Gaming Commission has also affirmed that they are modifying regulations pertaining to sports betting vendor licenses and sports betting advertising.

These alterations are presently open for public feedback and will be subject to a vote at a public gathering on March 23, 2023.
