XLMedia CFO Caroline Ackroyd to Step Down

XLMedias Chief Financial Officer, Caroline Ackroyd, will be resigning from her position to pursue a comparable role at another gaming firm. Her tenure will continue until March 31, 2024, to facilitate a seamless transition. XLMedia has initiated the process of finding her successor and will provide updates to stakeholders.

Marcus Rich, Chairman of XLMedia, expressed gratitude to Ackroyd for her substantial contributions over the preceding two years and extended his best wishes. Ackroyd brought extensive experience to XLMedia, having held high-ranking finance roles at various organizations, including a period at Sky Betting & Gaming.

This news arrives during an eventful year for XLMedia. The company recently established a partnership with WRAL.com to become their sole provider of sports wagering content, divested three European casino holdings for $4 million, and entered into a revenue-sharing arrangement with bet365.
